Payment, Access, and Refunds

This page explains how customers pay for Slopp.tools, how digital access is provided after payment, how subscriptions renew, and how refunds work.
Payment methods
- RUB payments are processed by YooKassa (cards, SBP, SberPay, and other methods supported by the provider).
- USD payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (international cards and other methods supported by the provider).
- The site asks you to choose currency, not provider. RUB uses YooKassa and USD uses LemonSqueezy.
- Card details are entered on the provider's hosted payment page. Slopp.tools never sees or stores full card numbers, CVV, or 3DS codes.
Digital access after payment
- Slopp.tools is a digital online service. There is no physical delivery and no shipping.
- After successful payment confirmation, the subscription is activated automatically and your annual transcription hours appear in the workspace.
- Access is provided through the web application at slopp.tools after Google sign-in.
- If a payment succeeds but access is not activated within a few minutes, contact support at olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with the payment details.
Renewals and cancellation
- Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each paid year.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time from the workspace. Cancellation does not remove access for the already paid period.
- Changing plans creates a new charge for the selected plan; the previous subscription is cancelled after payment confirmation.
Refund policy
- Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of payment if a technical issue prevents you from using the paid digital service and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
- Refunds are not issued for transcription hours that have already been substantially used or for a period where the service was successfully provided.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through YooKassa or LemonSqueezy. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval.
- To request a refund, email olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with the account email, payment date, amount, currency, provider if known, and a description of the issue.
